The Home Depot

Wow— my dad asked me to write this review on his behalf because he has never experienced more wonderful customer service than he did today at the Chandler Home Depot. Cecil in the garden department was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly—he FaceTimed me multiple times during his visit so I could see their selection and I could her her in the background helping him every step of the way. My dad is not one to hand out compliments but he said he can’t get over how lovely the service was and even said that in 50 years of working as a contractor and thousands of visits to Home Depot that was the best experience he’d ever had. That’s really saying something! Thank you Cecil!!

Thank you Maurice and Ronni!! It is June and 115 degrees outside. We shopped, checked out (super helpful staff, great prices, everything was in stock) and came out to a dead car battery. We were stranded in Arizona in June. We came inside to make some phone calls. The returns associate offered us chilled water bottles. The store manager Maurice asked his staff for jumper cables. Ronni overheard and offered her brand new jump start battery. We are beyond grateful for their thoughtfulness and compassion!!! Thank you!

We have been shopping here for years. They usually have what we need. It is nice to have the supplies necessary to complete DIY projects around the house. My favorite part of the store is the garden area.🌳🪴🌻 Lots of parking available. Employees are usually helpful. Prices are usually clearly marked.

This home depot is a nice and clean one. Every time I go, it's not too busy. I like it since when I walk around, at least 2 to 3 staff members will try to help me find what I am looking for. Today, I went for a water heater and the team member helped me out right away. He came in with a cart and I was in and out. The cashier is nice and she went over the warranty with me. I ended up getting a 6 year warranty for the gas heater. Good service and friendly staffs. Well stocked with everything I needed. I was surprised that they even have an auto section and gift cards. Very clean restrooms.
